05 / 14Driver-First Economics · 11.8% effective. Half of Uber.

Drivers keep 88¢ of every rupee.
We charge 11.8%. Uber charges 25–30%.

Daxido's effective platform fee is 10% commission + 18% GST on commission = 11.8%. That's half of what Uber and Ola structurally need to extract from drivers to satisfy their foreign capital. And drivers in our co-ops can collectively vote to migrate their zone to a flat-fee subscription as economics permit.

01

11.8% is the floor, not the ceiling for drivers

Standard tier (0–499 rides/month) pays 10% commission. Higher loyalty tiers earn lower rates — coded into the gateway commission handler. Driving more = paying less, percentage-wise.

02

Co-ops can collectively migrate to subscription

A co-op group whose drivers reach a stable monthly volume can vote to switch their zone from commission to flat ₹200/day subscription — formalized governance, not a side deal.

03

Transparent commission ledger

Every commission charge appears in a user-visible ledger with state-machine transitions. CommissionLedgerTable + autopay state machine ensure no silent retries, no hidden double-charges.

04

GST auto-filed by the platform

Every fare auto-generates a tax invoice. GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B aggregation is platform-managed. Drivers don't need a CA — saving ₹2,000/month.

Instant UPI payouts

Wallet balance settles to driver UPI within 2 hours of trip end. No daily/weekly hold. PhiCommerce + Razorpay rails.
