Nayaz spent two years driving with Bengaluru auto-drivers, paying their commission cuts in his head, watching them lose ₹15,000 a month to platforms that took 30%. He couldn't shake the question: why does the platform own them, and not the other way around?
In August 2025, he assembled a four-person team in Bengaluru and started writing the answer. No outside capital. No consultants. No agency. Just operators who wanted to ship.
Today, 9 months later, Daxido is a production platform with an 11.8% take rate, the country's first shipped Driver Co-op feature, and zero technical debt blocking Series A.
Owns the matching engine, distributed systems design, real-time pipeline. Hungarian assignment on Fargate, AppSync subscriptions, 140-Lambda choreography. The architectural decisions that make Daxido scale.
Driver app end-to-end. The Razorpay/UPI/wallet stack, GST auto-invoicing, commission ledger state machine, Driver Co-op feature with all 7 screens. The economic engine.
Rider app surface, live tracking, family ride-share, dashcam pipeline integration, admin dashboard. The features riders see and trust. Shipped 14 languages with RTL.
Hiring, vendor management, dashcam supply chain, field operations. Builds the in-person trust that turns a download into a driver-member. Will run city launches.
