Riders share live trip with up to 5 contacts. Family sees vehicle position, driver photo + license, ETA, and route deviation alerts in real-time on web — no app required for them.
Automated 5-min check-ins
For night rides and women-safety mode, app prompts a quick "I'm okay" tap every 5 minutes. Missed → escalation. Re-routed → dispatch alert.
Audio + GPS replay
Every trip records cabin audio (consent-disclosed) and full GPS trace. Replayable for support tickets, disputes, and safety incidents. Tamper-evident with chain-of-custody.
